The Borough of Stone Harbor would like to advise residents and travelers that a road construction project at the intersection of 82nd Street and Third Avenue has resulted in the intersection being closed northbound until the end of October. Access to the 200 block of 82nd Street can be obtained by using Second Avenue. 82nd Street is accessible southbound on Third Avenue without delay.
