| Thanks to the funding granted by the Cape May County Freeholders and Open Space Board, upgrades to Chelsea Place Park (park located between Second and Third Ave; 105th & 106th Streets) will begin Monday, December 7, 2015. For your safety, the park will be off-limits for the duration of construction; estimated 100 days. Improvements include new playground equipment, new rubber safety surfacing, three adult fitness station areas, walking path, and shelter. The existing sand volleyball courts, bocce court, chest boards, and trees will be preserved. The park is scheduled to re-open in Spring 2016. Stay tuned for future announcements! |
