NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Borough of Stone Harbor will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 starting at 6:30PM.

PURPOSE: The Borough of Stone Harbor is seeking funding through the State of NJ Green Acres Program for improvements at the 82^nd Avenue Complex located at 8200 2^nd Avenue in Stone Harbor New Jersey.

PROJECT SCOPE: The Borough of Stone Harbor proposes to create the following new facilities at the 82^nd Avenue Complex: all inclusive playground complex. A concept plan showing the proposed changes, a preliminary cost estimate, and an environmental impact statement for the project can be found at: https://stoneharbornj.org

PUBLIC HEARING INFORMATION: The public is encouraged to attend a public hearing to learn more about the proposal and to ask questions or provide comments on the proposed plan on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at 6:30PM. The meeting will be held in person in Borough Hall Council Chambers at 9508 Second Avenue Stone Harbor, NJ 08247 as well as via Zoom which can be accessed on the Borough’s website https://stonharbornj.org as part of the regularly scheduled council meeting.
