An extreme cold event will be impacting our region later this week and into this weekend. Though temperatures will be turning colder over the next two days, the worst of the cold will be on Saturday and Sunday.
Besides very cold temperatures, there will also be extremely cold wind chills.
These cold temperatures will be a threat to people, pets and property.
