The Borough of Stone Harbor Engineer has contacted the local Utility Companies and advised of the proposed Utility & Road Construction Project to improve the following streets:
- Sunset Drive – Berkley Road to 99th
- Corinthian Drive – Berkley Road to 99th Street
- Berkley Road- Sunset Drive to Corinthian Drive
- Charles Street – Sunset Drive to Corinthian Drive
Please be advised enough time must be provided to the Utility Companies to make repairs and/or upgrades, if necessary. No Construction will begin until the Spring of 2016.
Homeowners should take this time to review their current utility services and determine if any upgrades are needed and have them scheduled. Once construction is complete the roadways will have a 5 year moratorium in place and cannot be opened for any reason.
