Vital Communications Inc. has completed a total revaluation of all properties located within the Borough of Stone Harbor as ordered by the Cape May County Board of Taxation.
A letter dated January 22, 2018 indicating the new assessment based on the information currently available regarding properties within Stone Harbor and an analysis of all relevant market data was mailed to all homeowners from Vital Communications, Inc.
If you are satisfied that the new assessment generally reflects the market value of your property then you do not need to do anything.
In the event that you feel this value is not a fair representation of you property’s market value please contact Vital Communications, Inc. within five (5) business days of this notification.

Informal reviews of assessments will be held in the Stone Harbor Municipal Building 9508 Second Avenue, Stone Harbor, NJ. If you are unable to meet in person phone interviews can be scheduled.
