Activity 310 – Elevation Certificates: The Borough of Stone Harbor maintains and provides Elevation Certificates online, on the Borough website and on file in the Borough Construction office.  Copies of Elevation Certificates can also be requested from the Borough Clerk’s office by submitting an OPRA Request.
