Repairs to the Great Channel Bridge along CR 619 (Ocean Drive) that connects Middle Township to Stone Harbor will be starting shortly. The work, under the supervision of Cape May County, includes underdeck structural steel repairs and the replacement of the fender system. To safely complete the work, traffic across the bridge will be restricted to a single lane alternating traffic using a temporary traffic signal. This set up will be in place starting on December 7, 2022 and is expected to be in place until early May, 2023. Please exercise caution as you head south from our Borough or if you are heading north to Stone Harbor!
