It is possible though that a higher concentration of stronger thunderstorms evolves late Thursday afternoon from southern New Jersey to Delmarva.

Hazardous Weather: Severe Thunderstorms.

Locations affected: The highest chances across southern New Jersey and Delmarva.

Timing: Highest threat between 4PM-8PM Thursday.

Impacts: Some thunderstorms may turn severe with locally damaging winds and hail. The tornado threat is very low at this time.

Confidence on occurrence: High confidence on thunderstorm development, however lower confidence regarding coverage of severe storms.
