BEACH CLOSURES AND BEACH NOURISHMENT UPDATE

– Beaches are currently closed from 121^st  Street through 250’ south of 123^rd Street for beach nourishment operations.

– No lifeguards at 122nd Street.

– Most advanced basket discharge: 121st Street

– The Dredge, Texas, and Booster are onsite working in the Townsends Inlet borrow area as of 0230. Repairs to the dredge have been  completed.

– Subline landing in Stone Harbor a: 91^st Street

– Dredge Texas pumped approximately 0 CY onto beach on 7/12/23 from 0000 hours to 2400 hours; total placed on beach to date (7/12/23, 2400 hours): 572,162 CY (REVISED), 79.06 % complete (per GLDD).

– Dredge Texas pumped approximately 7,274 CY onto beach on 7/13/23 from 0000 hours to 0900 hours.
