Public Comment is offered at the beginning and at the end of the scheduled Council meeting ~  offering two (2) opportunities for anyone wishing to address Mayor and Council. Anyone wishing to address Mayor and Council simply needs to approach the podium and state their name and address for the record. 

There is no requirement to sign up  prior to speaking and there is no time limit.

The Borough of Stone Harbor, pursuant to rules established by the Sunshine Law, must offer the public the opportunity to participate in all public meetings.  Due to restrictions surrounding COVID19, and the limitations placed on meeting attendance, the Borough of Stone Harbor must limit the number of in-person attendance to 40 persons. However, the Borough of Stone Harbor has put in place a ZOOM Video Conference platform that allows for public comment and participation.
