Matthew Dalon of Ocean and Coastal Consultants, Inc. will present the 2015 Dredge Management Plan at the Borough Council Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, November 4th. The Council meeting begins at 4:30 PM. Mr. Dalon recently submitted the Sampling and Analysis Plan to Mr. David Risilia, Office of Dredging and Sediment Technology, Department of Environmental Protect for review and approval. He has also started on the permit application package. The Borough expects the permit application to be submitted to the Department of Environmental Protection before yearend. The Borough is hopeful of receiving State and Army Corps of Engineering approval by late summer of 2015 which would allow dredging work to begin in the fall of 2015.
